Cancellations or schedule changes must follow studio policy, and late adjustments may incur additional charges. MixLab Music Studios, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to technical issues, equipment failure, or force majeure events without liability.
All original works created by Users during their sessions remain their intellectual property unless a separate agreement states otherwise. MixLab Music Studios, Inc. will only use client content for promotional purposes with the client's written consent. Users are responsible for securing permissions for any third-party materials used during recording or production sessions. Users indemnify and hold harmless MixLab Music Studios, Inc. from any copyright infringement claims arising from materials provided by the client.
Users agree not to create, record, or distribute any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes upon the rights of third parties. MixLab Music Studios, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service or terminate sessions if content violates these restrictions. The studio assumes no liability for the content created by Users and expressly disclaims responsibility for any misuse of the facilities or materials produced. Users release MixLab Music Studios, Inc. from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the content they create or distribute.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association.
